I believe that feeling disempowered and disconnected from our bodies is one of the greatest limiting factors to living the lives we want to live, and I am deeply passionate about helping others feel more confident and connected in their bodies, in their relationships, and in the world.

Functional movement and awareness practices are the foundation of this work. Through developing greater strength, coordination, and mobility, we naturally feel more capable in our daily lives. When we deepen our bodily connection, we're able to attune to ourselves in a way that allows us to more skillfully respond to the emotional, social, and spiritual challenges we face. We need both presence in our movement and resilience in our stillness.
