Reclaiming Male Connection Through the Wisdom of the Wild

Learn to move in ways that connect you back to your natural body. We use embodied practices that invite play, build strength, release tension, and deepen connection to our environment.

❋ Return To Body

❋ Build Real Brotherhood

Engage in honest, direct connection with other men in a supportive space. Speak vulnerably, listen with care, and relate in ways that build trust, authenticity, and support.

❋ Root into the Land

Through ethical stewardship, primitive skills, and nature awareness practices, we reconnect with the rhythms of the earth and the grounding support it offers.

Body. Land. Brotherhood.

What’s This About?

Embodied Brotherhood is a co-created men's retreat designed to reconnect you to your body, the land, and the power of authentic male connection. We gather to move, make fire, share meals, and wrestle—physically and emotionally—with what it means to be in connection with other men.

Embodied Brotherhood is also a direct response to the limited models of male guidance and initiation that many of us were given, or never received at all.

This retreat is for men who are inspired to embody a more grounded, connected, and honorable masculine culture in a modern world. We believe this work is best catalyzed in the wild, away from the noise and hurry of modern life.

Your participation makes this work possible. We believe every man has something great to give, and many of us struggle to offer it fully. The facilitators offer a supportive environment for honest reflection and shared practice, but it is how you choose to show up to this work that will transform who you are and the positive impact you can make.

We intend that you leave Embodied Brotherhood with practical tools for integration and a renewed sense of connection and commitment to yourself, the men beside you, and the world we share.

The Rhythm

We aim to strike a balance between structure and openness—creating a clear container while leaving space for spontaneity, rest, and what naturally unfolds. Each day carries its own rhythm, but the arc is intentional. We begin by arriving and grounding, move into deeper exploration and connection, and close with integration.

A typical day at Embodied Brotherhood looks like:

  • Sunrise connection with nature

  • Morning movement practice

  • Shared meals prepared with care

  • Facilitated group sessions (embodiment, connection, relational work)

  • Ritual and ceremony woven throughout the day

  • Spacious time for rest, solo reflection, or emergent offerings

  • River dips and time to reset in the elements

  • Evening fire circles, music making, song & story

  • “Embodied Brotherhood was a deeply grounding and transformative experience. Several days off-grid with a group of men created space away from distraction and noise, bringing me back to what matters. I left feeling more grounded, clear, connected, and honest with myself than I had in a long time.”

    -Steven W

  • “Embodied Brotherhood was amazing! I felt equally supported and challenged throughout the weekend and appreciated the mix of adventure with focused, heartfelt conversations. I left feeling lit up and closer to all the men, as well as the stunning mountains we camped in.”

    -Asa D
